How to make a hot wire foam cutter.
If you are foam crafting as a hobby then you will like this very professional hot wire cutter made from a simple breadboard I had going spare. All the rest of the parts cost less than £5 . Foam is an extremely useful and versatile material and available in various degrees of density, and If you add a voltage controller into the wiring, this will give you a whole range of temperatures, and this home made hot wire cutter will tackle them all.

The foam cutter I’m making today is a tabletop version used for making very precise straight cuts and circles.
